Cortez Niño stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ladislao Orixe's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Cortez Niño came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by UPAO's Ladislao Orixe. But to his dismay, Ladislao Orixe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 17 played minutes Jenhuapata got a freekick which was hit by Procopio Barranco. Ladislao Orixe took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cortez Niño. Cortez Niño dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Cortez Niño came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by UPAO's Henrico Franques. But to his dismay, Henrico Franques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 24th minute, Orland Pose left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UPAO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Ladislao Orixe sped through Jenhuapata 's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cortez Niño. Cortez Niño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrico Franques, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Ladislao Orixe sped through Jenhuapata 's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cortez Niño. After some careless play in the Jenhuapata defense, Jeraldo Ziguenza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cortez Niño. The Jenhuapata fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cortez Niño should have stopped the shot. 42 minutes into the match, UPAO's goal looked a bit too open when Oinaz Merodio came free, but Carlos Candia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Procopio Barranco kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Satordi Arevalo to strike the kick off in the second half. Orland Pose sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th play minute Henrico Franques came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Cortez Niño. 0-9. 58 minutes into the match, Orland Pose notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of Jenhuapata 's Cortez Niño. Cortez Niño was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Elazar Tesillo succeeded in the game's 62nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-11. Henrico Franques could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Cortez Niño made a huge save. Elazar Tesillo in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cortez Niño, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 77 minutes into the match, Ladislao Orixe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cortez Niño. Jenhuapata 's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ladislao Orixe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-14. Cortez Niño showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orland Pose in the 82nd minute of the match. When UPAO's Ladislao Orixe in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jenhuapata 's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oinaz Merodio in the 88th minute of play forced UPAO's goalkeeper Carlos Candia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orland Pose scored 0-16 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cortez Niño, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. UPAO's Ladislao Orixe got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 97th minute Zoil Vilafranca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Candia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cortez Niño showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikifor Bozadzhiyski in the 98th minute of the match. UPAO's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
