Ximun Hurdinosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Ladislao Orixe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as UPAO's Henrico Franques slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ximun Hurdinosa. That made the score 2-0 after 9 minutes of play. Errando Villaboa hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the game, Henrico Franques cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Ximun Hurdinosa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 19 minutes into the match, Ladislao Orixe dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ximun Hurdinosa, 4-0. Evelio Salgueiro kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Ximun Hurdinosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ladislao Orixe's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. UPAO were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Alianza AQP's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Narciso Camargo took the corner. Orland Pose hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, UPAO's Ximun Hurdinosa threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ladislao Orixe, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Elazar Tesillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ximun Hurdinosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Orixe, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the game, UPAO's Ladislao Orixe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ximun Hurdinosa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. UPAO's Carlos Candia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nazario Hervias in the 37th minute of play. Elazar Tesillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Ximun Hurdinosa made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as UPAO's Ladislao Orixe slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ximun Hurdinosa. That made the score 6-0 after 40 minutes of play. In the 43rd minute, Vimaro Zabalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute, Ladislao Orixe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UPAO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

52 minutes into the game, Ladislao Orixe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Ximun Hurdinosa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 57th minute Henrico Franques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ximun Hurdinosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Alianza AQP's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislao Orixe came free, but Ximun Hurdinosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ladislao Orixe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ximun Hurdinosa was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. UPAO's Nikifor Bozadzhiyski got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Vimaro Zabalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vimaro Zabalo kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Vimaro Zabalo's late challenge caught a UPAO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vimaro Zabalo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of UPAO booed when Alianza AQP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vimaro Zabalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 67 played minutes Alianza AQP got a freekick which was hit by Vimaro Zabalo. Ximun Hurdinosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrico Franques, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The UPAO fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when UPAO's Ladislao Orixe looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the referee ended the match the UPAO players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
