The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Virila Osorio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Koldo Guisado went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Orlanda Capdevila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Virila Osorio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Higosnioc's Virila Osorio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koldo Guisado in the 13th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 14th minute of the game. One of Higosnioc:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Manzalima:s goal. The referee gave Manzalima a penalty, 17 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Orlanda Capdevila, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Higosnioc's Virila Osorio. 0-3. After some careless play in the Higosnioc defense, Koldo Guisado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Virila Osorio. The Higosnioc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Virila Osorio should have stopped the shot. 28 minutes into the match, Higosnioc's goal looked a bit too open when Koldo Guisado came free, but Virila Osorio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xavian Abellaneda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virila Osorio having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Koldo Guisado made a precise shot to the right of Virila Osorio. Higosnioc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Koldo Guisado to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Koldo Guisado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Virila Osorio. That made the score 0-7 in the 55 minute of play. After 58 minutes of play, Manzalima's Koldo Guisado made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Virila Osorio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Virila Osorio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Koldo Guisado went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. Xavian Abellaneda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Manzalima's Orlanda Capdevila slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Virila Osorio. That made the score 0-10 after 72 minutes of play. Manzalima made a substitution. Roger Arcos replaced Anier Balanza. Xavian Abellaneda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Manzalima could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Higosnioc throughout the match.
