Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Genaro Manaut started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mario Pintado in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hitzeder Salvadores saved Onono FC from getting behind. Mario Pintado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raulo Urueña charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raulo Urueña the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Cruz Ochandiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the match, Universitario FC's Mario Pintado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hitzeder Salvadores narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 18th minute Genaro Manaut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ambrosio Marentos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lore Olazarra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ambrosio Marentos having to interfere. Lore Olazarra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Pintado in the 32nd minute of play forced Onono FC's goalkeeper Hitzeder Salvadores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee showed Costante Albaratay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 42 played minutes Universitario FC got a freekick which was hit by Costante Albaratay. After recieving a nice pass, Onono FC's Senin Sorzano tried to score from far away in the 43rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Onono FC's Hitzeder Salvadores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cruz Ochandiano in the 46th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mario Pintado to make the kick off. Cruz Ochandiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The attack was good, but when Mario Pintado in the 57th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 58th minute, Mario Pintado reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hitzeder Salvadores. The goal made the score 0-1. Lore Olazarra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ambrosio Marentos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Genaro Manaut in the 76th minute of the match. If Lore Olazarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Universitario FC's Ambrosio Marentos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Manaut in the 90th minute of play. Ambrosio Marentos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lore Olazarra in the 91st minute of play. Mario Pintado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hitzeder Salvadores having to interfere. The Universitario FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
