After a defensive mix-up in San Juan FBC's zone, Macedonio M'Vila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luis Figueruela came out of the goal and Macedonio M'Vila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 8th minute, Rios Guismonde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Zegarra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikolas Laredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Calixto Bujanda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Zegarra. Los Inkas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Calixto Bujanda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Luis Figueruela made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Caleb Zegarra sent off a good shot on target. After 22 minutes, Beat Sequeiros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Juan FBC and the Los Inkas players grew even worse after the yellow card. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Caleb Zegarra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bruno Zegarra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mikolas Laredo in the 55th minute. In the 60thth minute of the game Beat Sequeiros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Inkas's Bruno Zegarra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caleb Zegarra in the 63rd minute of play forced San Juan FBC's goalkeeper Luis Figueruela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benet Baizan in the 91st minute of play forced San Juan FBC's goalkeeper Luis Figueruela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Los Inkas had won after a very even match.
