Leon Guia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matteo Quintero in the 17th minute of the match. Froila Ceraso kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Arixo Villaboa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Dique's Alfredo Arraiz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Donatello Falco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Garcia Aumada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dique's Garcia Aumada got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Conrao Madera charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Conrao Madera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dique's Leon Guia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Dique from getting a goal against them. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arixo Villaboa was the one to do the kick off. If Arixo Villaboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. Juan Celaya kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. The supporters of Dique booed when SPORT BOYS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matteo Quintero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gomez Ziarza, 65 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Garcia Aumada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Donatello Falco made a huge save. The attack was good, but when Garcia Aumada in the 78th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Arixo Villaboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jakue Alsedar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Guia having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Dique's zone, Juan Celaya stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leon Guia came out of the goal and Juan Celaya tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arixo Villaboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Arraiz in the 94th minute of play forced SPORT BOYS's goalkeeper Donatello Falco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dique's goalkeeper Leon Guia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Dique getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Froila Ceraso hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Dique players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SPORT BOYS.
