When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Isadore Clusella took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Luis Figueruela to make any attempt to save it. In the 17th minute Isadore Clusella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Figueruela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ricardo Pernia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beat Sequeiros in the 19th minute of the match. Ricardo Pernia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Libertad Treviño, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 23 minutes into the game, Curcio Trueba cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Luis Figueruela was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ricardo Pernia was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Luis Figueruela came out of the goal and Isadore Clusella tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 52 minutes of play, AdictosDelCiclismo Podcas's Curcio Trueba made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luis Figueruela was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ricardo Pernia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beat Sequeiros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the match, AdictosDelCiclismo Podcas's goal looked a bit too open when Beat Sequeiros came free, but Ricardo Pernia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isadore Clusella kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Aldo-Eduardo Negrete lost his temper 62 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. Beat Sequeiros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ricardo Pernia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beat Sequeiros in the 69th minute of the match. Luis Figueruela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Curcio Trueba's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. A collision led to AdictosDelCiclismo Podcas getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Otsoa Seco hit a great ball. AdictosDelCiclismo Podcas made a substitution. If Junior Cabrito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Despite being the better team, San Juan FBC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
