Libertad Treviño started the match with the kick off. Caracalla FC's Alfredo Montrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beat Sequeiros in the 4th minute of play. After 5th play minutes Libertad Treviño shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Alfredo Montrell and just under the crossbar into goal. Alfredo Montrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beat Sequeiros in the 10th minute of play. Caracalla FC's Alfredo Montrell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Caracalla FC from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Libertad Treviño's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfredo Montrell was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. 16 minutes into the match, Caracalla FC's goalkeeper Alfredo Montrell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Libertad Treviño. San Juan FBC's Luis Figueruela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Olentzaro in the 19th minute of play. Beat Sequeiros struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Alfredo Montrell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Juan FBC. Beat Sequeiros scored 2-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfredo Montrell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of San Juan FBC booed when Caracalla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixto Olentzaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Beat Sequeiros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Libertad Treviño during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alfredo Montrell was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Beat Sequeiros capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Beat Sequeiros really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. If Beat Sequeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of San Juan FBC booed when Caracalla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demetrio Albarez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Libertad Treviño could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Alfredo Montrell made a huge save. 47 minutes into the match, Caracalla FC's goalkeeper Alfredo Montrell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Libertad Treviño. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ronald Volders to make the kick off. Alfredo Montrell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beat Sequeiros in the 51st minute of the match. Beat Sequeiros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfredo Montrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Libertad Treviño, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Sengrat Romero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Luis Figueruela made a huge save. Rios Guismonde's late challenge caught a Caracalla FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rios Guismonde helped the player get up and apologised. Rios Guismonde kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. When Libertad Treviño came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the San Juan FBC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Libertad Treviño couldn't finish the play. If Libertad Treviño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Codruț Bărbânță kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Beat Sequeiros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Montrell having to interfere. A collision led to San Juan FBC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Monico Cagigal hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Sixto Olentzaro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luis Figueruela. The goal made the score 3-1. In the 86th minute, Libertad Treviño left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The San Juan FBC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. San Juan FBC made a substitution. Federico Ponciano replaced Mikolas Laredo. 89 minutes into the match, Caracalla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rios Guismonde came free, but Alfredo Montrell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronald Volders kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. San Juan FBC's Beat Sequeiros got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Libertad Treviño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Montrell having to interfere.
