Szymon Cwenar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Búi Tremski, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 41st minute Búi Tremski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Szymon Cwenar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guillelme Ruidiez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bazil Gurruchaga in the 43rd minute. After 47 played minutes Cincos FC got a freekick which was hit by Libertad Irisarri. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bazil Gurruchaga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Atahualpa walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
