Rojelio Daza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caio Hornilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. The referee ignored Variante Delta's protests and gave Caio Hornilla a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of ALIANZA 1901 booed when Variante Delta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caio Hornilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Variante Delta's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Richie Ason scored to the left of an out of position Thibaut Vandamme, making the score, 1-1. Richie Ason's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thibaut Vandamme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Caio Hornilla struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Rojelio Daza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Variante Delta. Caio Hornilla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thibaut Vandamme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Urriola in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Caio Hornilla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Variante Delta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After a rather tough play, Variante Delta's Ferdinand Bjørn got a free kick in the 35th minute. Orain Ambrosio got a throw-in 41 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Richie Ason. In the 44th minute ALIANZA 1901 were awarded a corner. Guilabertus Bermudez went to the cornerflag to take it. Thibaut Vandamme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeronimo Urriola, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Variante Delta made a substitution. Enginalp İdilkurt replaced Fausto Joseph. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Caio Hornilla to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Richie Ason shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thibaut Vandamme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caio Hornilla might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rojelio Daza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Caio Hornilla ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Caio Hornilla got free with Rojelio Daza in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 57 minutes into the match, Variante Delta's Ferdinand Bjørn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rojelio Daza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thibaut Vandamme came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by ALIANZA 1901's Zarbonin Riesco. But to his dismay, Zarbonin Riesco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 65th minute, Ferdinand Bjørn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute, Richie Ason ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thibaut Vandamme was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Caio Hornilla was extremely unlucky when he, in the 73rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Rojelio Daza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caio Hornilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Caio Hornilla might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rojelio Daza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 93rd minute, Arano Murguiondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
