An unexpectedly hard shot by Kev Hurtado in the 10th minute of play forced CD Municipal's goalkeeper George Forsyth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Boldu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Cassaretto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16thth minute of the game Enrique Cassaretto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo ScrugenFC's Jose Boldu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. George Forsyth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kev Hurtado in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Martino Armona dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jose Boldu, 1-0. A collision led to Deportivo ScrugenFC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Franky Flam hit a great ball. Renato Tapia took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised George Forsyth. George Forsyth dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Kev Hurtado made the kick off in the second half. George Forsyth was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Lolo Moreno capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lolo Moreno really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. CD Municipal's Gunnar Ekrot was substituted for Zlatan Molina. CD Municipal made a substitution. Tulio Andinyach replaced Evtim Kúrdzhev. The audience thought a goal was coming when Doriva Saldanha got free with George Forsyth in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Enrique Cassaretto took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jose Boldu. Jose Boldu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. 74 minutes into the match, Enrique Cassaretto notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Deportivo ScrugenFC's Jose Boldu. Jose Boldu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to CD Municipal getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Martino Armona hit a great ball. 84 minutes into the match, CD Municipal's goal looked a bit too open when Doriva Saldanha came free, but George Forsyth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 86 minutes Deportivo ScrugenFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Martino Armona who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Deportivo ScrugenFC's goalie and right to Tulio Andinyach. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Deportivo ScrugenFC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 90th minute, Iacob Roman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. George Forsyth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lolo Moreno, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Martino Armona hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The CD Municipal support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
