After some careless play in the CON-E-CO defense, Alex Elenescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bibiano Barbosa. The CON-E-CO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bibiano Barbosa should have stopped the shot. Antônio Carlos Hoffmann made in the 14th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Pedrinho Guimarães. In the 15th match minute, TiGrEs Fx was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Venceslao Espada to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Alex Elenescu put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Bibiano Barbosa. Alex Elenescu took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bibiano Barbosa. Bibiano Barbosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Franc Merlot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frans Escajadillo in the 24th minute of play. TiGrEs Fx's Franc Merlot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Servando Ariste in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, TiGrEs Fx's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Bergström came free, but Franc Merlot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Elenescu succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-1 in the 30th playminute. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Bibiano Barbosa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Alex Elenescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Bibiano Barbosa made a huge save. In the 36th minute Alex Elenescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bibiano Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Elenescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. CON-E-CO's Bibiano Barbosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save CON-E-CO from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex Elenescu got free with Bibiano Barbosa in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eric Bergström scored 4-2 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Franc Merlot, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. CON-E-CO's Artaldo Longoria was substituted for Frans Escajadillo. CON-E-CO's Toti Iglesias was substituted for Servando Ariste. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Toti Iglesias to make the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Alfred Mossberg in the 55th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by TiGrEs Fx's Edgard Estevez. Gentza Arribas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 63 minutes into the match, TiGrEs Fx's Alex Elenescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bibiano Barbosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alex Elenescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bibiano Barbosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Elenescu in the 67th minute of the match. TiGrEs Fx's Mister Peet was substituted for Gentza Arribas. TiGrEs Fx's Gilberto Rancaño was substituted for Alex Elenescu. Bibiano Barbosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Rancaño in the 78th minute of the match. Toti Iglesias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Franc Merlot having to make a save. With a little luck, TiGrEs Fx's Franc Merlot got control of the ball when Toti Iglesias tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rd match minute, CON-E-CO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Cevallo to maneuver through the defense. Bibiano Barbosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Matute, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute, Gilberto Rancaño left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TiGrEs Fx fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. When Alfred Mossberg was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 96 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, CON-E-CO's Pedrinho Guimarães got a free kick in the 98th minute.
