Deportivo ScrugenFC's Jose Boldu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Agüero in the 17th minute of play. Jose Boldu came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Programayin's Conrado Guter. But to his dismay, Conrado Guter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Regis Padriña got a free kick in the 27th minute. Dustin Poirier made in the 30th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Programayin's Aresti Temporal. Hans-Jürgen Pötscher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoil Pequeño, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. A sloppy throw-in by Elvio Vásquez in the 37th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Deportivo ScrugenFC's Regis Padriña. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Regis Padriña quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Xinaro Magarinos, made in the 40th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Programayin's Huly Larrauri got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, Regis Padriña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zoil Pequeño to strike the kick off in the second half. Zoil Pequeño took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hans-Jürgen Pötscher. Hans-Jürgen Pötscher dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Rosario Martel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 57 minutes into the match, Deportivo ScrugenFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rosario Martel came free, but Jose Boldu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute Zoil Pequeño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans-Jürgen Pötscher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zoil Pequeño in the 68th minute of play forced Programayin's goalkeeper Hans-Jürgen Pötscher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Programayin made a substitution. Hamza Emin replaced Rosario Martel. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Leobardo Padierna was substituted for Zoil Pequeño. Junior Busquets hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute Leobardo Padierna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans-Jürgen Pötscher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jose Boldu made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Antonio Florian sent off a good shot on target. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Deportivo ScrugenFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Programayin had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
