Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alex Elenescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Franc Merlot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamza Emin, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind TiGrEs Fx's goalkeeper Franc Merlot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. TiGrEs Fx's Franc Merlot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamza Emin in the 56th minute of play. When Hugo Quintana came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the TiGrEs Fx fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Quintana couldn't finish the play. Franc Merlot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Agüero in the 86th minute of play. After having played for 93 minutes, Gilberto Rancaño managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TiGrEs Fx's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilberto Rancaño was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sergio Agüero took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Franc Merlot. Franc Merlot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2.
