Jorge Zambrano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Chavez in the 14th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Juan Garcia put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Américo Toledano. In the 21st minute, Juan Garcia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Américo Toledano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 24th minute of the match Emanuel Valdez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Américo Toledano skillfully saved the ball. Andrés Brandao struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Jorge Zambrano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Can Uchiha. Thanks to some nice moves Américo Muñoz could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Jorge Zambrano however easily saved by the left post. Jorge Zambrano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Chavez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Américo Muñoz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Jorge Zambrano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Juan Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Américo Muñoz succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 46th playminute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juan Garcia to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Monchi Calderón notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Santa Rita Arriba's Jorge Zambrano. Jorge Zambrano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Can Uchiha's Juan Pinilla got a free kick in the 58th minute. Santa Rita Arriba's Humberto Urane got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juan Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Américo Toledano having to interfere. In the 67th play minute Humberto Urane came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Américo Toledano. 2-4. In the 70th match minute, Santa Rita Arriba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Valdez to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, Can Uchiha's Agustin Gómez broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Juan Pinilla hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. If Humberto Urane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Can Uchiha's Américo Toledano got control of the ball when Humberto Urane tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Américo Muñoz in the 96th minute of play forced Santa Rita Arriba's goalkeeper Jorge Zambrano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match was over Santa Rita Arriba could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Can Uchiha throughout the match.
