Seating: 1789, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Toto Posam got the match started through his kick off. Hector Espino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joe Sobenis in the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Guillermo De Paredes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joe Sobenis struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Hector Espino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Las Lomas F.C.. Orlando Valdez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guillermo De Paredes went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Las Lomas F.C.'s Orlando Valdez got control of the ball when Guillermo De Paredes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Río Hato F.C.'s Guillermo De Paredes got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Orlando Valdez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toto Posam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guillermo De Paredes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Orlando Valdez made a huge save. In the 40th match minute, Las Lomas F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Azael Muñoz to maneuver through the defense. If Toto Posam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hector Espino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joe Sobenis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enrique Murillo to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Las Lomas F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Guillermo De Paredes came free, but Orlando Valdez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enrique Murillo in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hector Espino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hector Espino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joe Sobenis, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Las Lomas F.C.'s zone, Toto Posam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Orlando Valdez came out of the goal and Toto Posam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 66 minutes, Joe Sobenis made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Río Hato F.C.'s Hector Espino tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Joe Sobenis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Hector Espino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Río Hato F.C.'s Toto Posam got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 91 minutes into the match, Las Lomas F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Guillermo De Paredes came free, but Orlando Valdez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Treviño's late challenge caught a Río Hato F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Treviño helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd minute, José Treviño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
