Spectators: 7866 (Terracing: 5901, Seating: 1809, VIP seats: 156) C.C.I. Panama's Anibal Oroitz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Julio De Diego kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. C.C.I. Panama's Ulpiano Castillero got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 15 minutes, José Treviño mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Las Lomas F.C. and the C.C.I. Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. C.C.I. Panama's Julio De Diego was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Orlando Valdez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joe Sobenis during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th minute, Joe Sobenis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Orlando Valdez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Oroitz in the 22nd minute of play. After 23 minutes Las Lomas F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Julio De Diego who took care of the corner kick. With an all-out effort, C.C.I. Panama's Orlando Valdez threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Anibal Oroitz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Orlando Valdez was a little too slow when Ulpiano Castillero got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 1-0. If Anibal Oroitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to C.C.I. Panama getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Nicolás Villarreal hit a great ball. Orlando Valdez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ulpiano Castillero in the 42nd minute. 43 minutes into the match, Las Lomas F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Julio De Diego came free, but Orlando Valdez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anibal Oroitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Valdez having to interfere.

The wind increased when Enrique Murillo made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Las Lomas F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Julio De Diego came free, but Orlando Valdez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alejandro Henriguez kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Mota in the 54th minute of play forced Las Lomas F.C.'s goalkeeper Orlando Valdez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlando Valdez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anibal Oroitz went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After 63 minutes of play, C.C.I. Panama's Julio De Diego made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orlando Valdez was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of C.C.I. Panama booed when Las Lomas F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Azael Muñoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio De Diego, 71 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Las Lomas F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ulpiano Castillero came free, but Orlando Valdez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute Enrique Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reggie Lao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Mota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Valdez having to interfere. After a rather tough play, C.C.I. Panama's Everardo Cucao got a free kick in the 80th minute. Orlando Valdez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio De Diego in the 83rd minute of the match. C.C.I. Panama's Anibal Oroitz got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anibal Oroitz scored 5-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Orlando Valdez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 93rd match minute, Las Lomas F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Zambrano to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulpiano Castillero in the 95th minute of play forced Las Lomas F.C.'s goalkeeper Orlando Valdez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
