Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) C-4 F.C.'s Jonathan Ortega started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jonathan Ortega struck a weak shot in the 2nd minute. Elias Zapata didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Elias Zapata stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Ortega's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Mata Del Nance's Elias Zapata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Ortega in the 10th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonathan Ortega in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elias Zapata saved Mata Del Nance from getting behind. Gustavo Smith kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Jonathan Ortega sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 15 minutes of play, C-4 F.C.'s Martín Gutierrez made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elias Zapata was left in no man's land by his defense there! Monchi Sobenis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Roman Konopka. C-4 F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 22nd minute 顾庭正 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Zapata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Mata Del Nance booed when C-4 F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucho Herbruger didn't get a good kick on the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in C-4 F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Mata Del Nance a penalty, 28 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Leonidas Castro, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of C-4 F.C.'s Roman Konopka. 1-1. 37 minutes into the match, C-4 F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Calito Moreno came free, but Roman Konopka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th match minute, C-4 F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejandro Carrillo to maneuver through the defense. If Jose Smith had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 顾庭正 struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Calito Moreno to strike the kick off in the second half. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 58 minutes, Jose Smith managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C-4 F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Jose Smith was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 顾庭正 took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elias Zapata. Elias Zapata dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Eloy Zambrano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Elias Zapata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If 顾庭正 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jose Smith scored 3-1 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elias Zapata, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 72nd minute, 顾庭正 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C-4 F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. C-4 F.C.'s Roman Konopka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calito Moreno in the 79th minute of play. After 81 minutes, Alejandro Carrillo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C-4 F.C. and the Mata Del Nance players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jose Smith might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elias Zapata. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jose Smith ran back to his position shaking his head. Eloy Zambrano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Zapata having to interfere. Martín Gutierrez struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Elias Zapata didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C-4 F.C.. When Américo Gomez came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the C-4 F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Américo Gomez couldn't finish the play.
