Alex Benavidess short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Alex Garcia De Paredes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Los Patos Cabreros FC's Mario Navarro got a free kick in the 7th minute. Alex Benavides sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cheito Rios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Lozano in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Luis Ríos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Romel Herrera took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cheito Rios. Cheito Rios dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Arraiján's zone, Romel Herrera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cheito Rios came out of the goal and Romel Herrera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alex Benavides struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Alex Garcia De Paredes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arraiján. Alex Benavides sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alex Benavides fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Garcia De Paredes having to interfere. After 45 played minutes Arraiján got a freekick which was hit by Américo García. 48 minutes into the match, Los Patos Cabreros FC's goalkeeper Alex Garcia De Paredes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alex Benavides. After the first half Los Patos Cabreros FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luis Ríos made a kick off. Alex Garcia De Paredes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Benavides in the 53rd minute of the match. Cheito Rios was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ricardo Lozano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 59 minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Los Patos Cabreros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Ríos came free, but Alex Garcia De Paredes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Garcia De Paredes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Benavides, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Los Patos Cabreros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Benavides came free, but Alex Garcia De Paredes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Los Patos Cabreros FC booed when Arraiján was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martín Ulloa didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Lozano in the 77th minute of play forced Arraiján's goalkeeper Cheito Rios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 77 played minutes Arraiján got a freekick which was hit by Tomaso Morales. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Romel Herrera sped through Arraiján's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cheito Rios. Luis Ríos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alex Garcia De Paredes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Luis Ríos made a precise shot to the right of Alex Garcia De Paredes. Los Patos Cabreros FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alex Benavides in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alex Garcia De Paredes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Los Patos Cabreros FC's Ricardo Lozano in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arraiján's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Alex Benavides's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alex Garcia De Paredes was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Los Patos Cabreros FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
