Spectators: 6796 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1796, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jose Posam took the kick off in the first half of the match. Tomás Corral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando García in the 10th minute of the match. If Jose Posam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando García fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Corral having to interfere. After having played for 27 minutes, Jose Posam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chigoré F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Jose Posam was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of Pedasi F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chigoré F.C.:s goal. Monchi Fernández placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Jose Perez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabio Zambrano didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 35th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. 40 minutes into the match, Pedasi F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jose Posam came free, but Fabio Zambrano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Rafael Gonzalez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raul Paredes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Tomás Corral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomás Corral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Paredes in the 49th minute of play.

The wind increased when Raul Paredes made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jose Perez in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Zambrano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Fernando García managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pedasi F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Fernando García was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomás Corral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rafael Gonzalez charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rafael Gonzalez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Pedasi F.C.'s Raul Paredes in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chigoré F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Raul Paredes struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Tomás Corral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pedasi F.C.. If Fernando García had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the match, Fernando García notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Chigoré F.C.'s Tomás Corral. Tomás Corral was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Chigoré F.C.'s Tomás Corral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Paredes in the 73rd minute of play. Fernando García might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomás Corral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernando García ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 79thth minute of the game Raul Paredes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chigoré F.C.'s Tomás Corral was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fernando García blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tomás Corral having to make a save. If Fernando García had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chigoré F.C.'s Tomás Corral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Paredes in the 85th minute of play. In the 88th minute Raul Paredes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Corral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raul Paredes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fernando García took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomás Corral. Tomás Corral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Jose Perez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedasi F.C. played a much better game than Chigoré F.C. and deserved their victory. The Chigoré F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
