Potrero Grande's Rolando Villalaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Potrero Grande from getting a goal against them. Emiliano Caballero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Spadafora having to interfere. Potrero Grande's Emiliano Caballero got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mario Spadafora stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emiliano Caballero's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. The supporters of Potrero Grande booed when Cerro Cama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Calito Carranza didn't get a good kick on the ball.
