After a rather tough play, Bethania F.C.'s Emanuel Herrera got a free kick in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emiliano Mora was the one to do the kick off. If Emiliano Mora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, Martín Caballero made a precise shot to the right of Christian Valdez. Chimán F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. The goalkeeper, Lorenzo Fernández, was totally fooled by Chimán F.C.'s Emanuel Fernández, who 83 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 91 minutes into the game, Juan Lozano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lorenzo Fernández. In the 95th minute, Azael Morris got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Martín Caballero struck a weak shot in the 100th minute. Christian Valdez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bethania F.C.. Chimán F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
