Spectators: 6808 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1808, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cesar Valdez kicked off to start the match. In the 9th minute Ivan Alfaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Diaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matias Diaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesar Valdez in the 13th minute of the match. Matias Diaz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cesar Valdez's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Ivan Alfaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Max Diaz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramon Carranza's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Orlando Benavides kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Ivan Alfaro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matias Diaz. Alanje F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivan Alfaro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 42 played minutes, Alanje F.C.'s Giancarlo Orozco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Max Diaz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alanje F.C. reached it. After the first half Sajalices F.C. were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ramon Carranza made a kick off. Cesar Valdez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Sajalices F.C. booed when Alanje F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo Ortiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orlando Benavides's late challenge caught a Sajalices F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Orlando Benavides helped the player get up and apologised. Orlando Benavides kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After 57 minutes of play, Alanje F.C.'s Ramon Carranza made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Max Diaz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Max Diaz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramon Carranza's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. 61 minutes into the game, Agustin Henríguez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sajalices F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alanje F.C. the free kick. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sajalices F.C.'s goalkeeper Max Diaz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Américo Chavez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Max Diaz having to interfere. Max Diaz came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Alanje F.C.'s Orlando Benavides. But to his dismay, Orlando Benavides quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. 92 minutes into the match, Américo Chavez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Max Diaz. Sajalices F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Américo Chavez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. In the 95th match minute, Sajalices F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Alfaro to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Alanje F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sajalices F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
