Spectators: 7737 (Terracing: 5804, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lorenzo Morales started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Herrera in the 7th minute of play forced Capelli FC's goalkeeper Antonio Gil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 8 minutes, Beto Benavides managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Finca Blanco F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Beto Benavides was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edgardo Gómez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Posam in the 14th minute. Antonio Gil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Nuñez, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 23rd minute Agustin Herrera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Gil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Finca Blanco F.C.'s Edgardo Gómez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinaldo Arauz in the 26th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Lorenzo Morales got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 29 played minutes Capelli FC got a freekick which was hit by Totín Arias. In the 31st minute, Marcos Cedeño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Capelli FC's Antonio Gil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beto Benavides in the 42nd minute of play. Lorenzo Morales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Edgardo Gómez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Antonio Gil came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Finca Blanco F.C.'s Beto Benavides. But to his dismay, Beto Benavides quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Alberto Posam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro De Gracia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Beto Benavides had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th match minute, Finca Blanco F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Bermudez to maneuver through the defense. Agustin Herrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Gil having to interfere. Beto Benavides sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chants of Finca Blanco F.C. echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Capelli FC had held the ball for most of the match.
