Spectators: 6777 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Franklin Zapata kicked off to start the match. After 4 played minutes Pacora F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Calito Batista. Américo Castillero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wiliam Villalobos. Pacora F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Wiliam Villalobos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romel Pimentel, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Romel Pimentel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, El Espavé's Calito Tello got control of the ball when Andrés Corral tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andrés Corral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Alex De Leon fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Espavé's protests and gave Alex De Leon a yellow card for diving instead. After 28 played minutes El Espavé got a freekick which was hit by Alex De Leon. Andrés Corral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Calito Tello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Romel Pimentel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Romel Pimentel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romel Pimentel in the 43rd minute of play forced Pacora F.C.'s goalkeeper Wiliam Villalobos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Pacora F.C. booed when El Espavé was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moisés Torrijos didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Moisés Torrijos charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Moisés Torrijos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 53 played minutes El Espavé got a freekick which was hit by Moisés Torrijos. If Romel Pimentel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Calito Batista's late challenge caught a El Espavé's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Calito Batista helped the player get up and apologised. Calito Batista hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Andrés Corral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Calito Tello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alex De Leon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute Alex De Leon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiliam Villalobos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alex De Leon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alex De Leon in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wiliam Villalobos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pacora F.C.'s goalkeeper Wiliam Villalobos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Pacora F.C.'s goalkeeper Wiliam Villalobos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romel Pimentel. Alex De Leon was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 90th minute. El Espavé's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Romel Pimentel might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wiliam Villalobos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romel Pimentel ran back to his position shaking his head. El Espavé's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
