After 44 minutes of play, Meteti F.C.'s Cesar Murillo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hector Agurto was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cesar De Paredes to strike the kick off in the second half. Gustavo Urane's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Zapata read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Meteti F.C.'s goalkeeper Jonathan Zapata had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustavo Urane. Meteti F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Cesar Murillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gustavo Urane came free with the goalkeeper in the 77th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jonathan Zapata could save by the left post. Cesar De Paredes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Zapata having to make a save. Gustavo Urane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Zapata having to interfere. Jaime Ramirez kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Jonathan Zapata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesar De Paredes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustavo Urane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
