An unexpectedly hard shot by Giancarlo Escobar in the 30th minute of play forced Saravia FC's goalkeeper Lorenzo Palma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radul Kushlev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Lorenzo Palma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felipe Posam was slow to take the kick. During this time Río Rita's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Felipe Posam almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Saravia FC's Lorenzo Palma did a great save. After a rather tough play, Río Rita's Cesar Amaya got a free kick in the 57th minute. Giancarlo Escobar scored 0-7 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lorenzo Palma, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Saravia FC's Pablo Orozco quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Milton Zapata, made in the 83rd minute of the game. 90 minutes into the match, Saravia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Calito Arauz came free, but Lorenzo Palma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Saravia FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Totín Gómez hit a great ball. Lorenzo Palma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giancarlo Escobar in the 94th minute of play. Río Rita's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
