Spectators: 7650 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 150) Marcos Bultrón made the kick off and thus started the match. 4 minutes into the game, David FC's Sebastián Herbruger nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Traian Cârnu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. David FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marcos Bultrón in the 15th minute. After taking down the ball on David FC's corner Marcos Bultrón fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Traian Cârnu quite easily take care of the ball. Marcos Bultrón received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Traian Cârnu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Ramirez in the 18th minute of play forced El Cristo SS's goalkeeper Traian Cârnu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafael Tijero took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Traian Cârnu. Traian Cârnu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 25 minutes into the match, El Cristo SS's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Ramirez came free, but Traian Cârnu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, David FC's Jorge Ramirez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 37th minute Sebastián Herbruger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Traian Cârnu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastián Herbruger in the 43rd minute of play forced El Cristo SS's goalkeeper Traian Cârnu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Centella received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Pablo Quintero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomás Ramos hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The El Cristo SS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. David FC were winning 0-4.

Pablo Quintero came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by El Cristo SS's Fernando Arauz. But to his dismay, Fernando Arauz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Traian Cârnu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Bultrón, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. El Cristo SS's Traian Cârnu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Ramirez in the 57th minute of play. Traian Cârnu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastián Herbruger in the 58th minute of play. Traian Cârnu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Ramirez, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 67th minute Marcos Bultrón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Traian Cârnu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the game, Jorge Ramirez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Traian Cârnu. Jorge Ramirez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. After a rather tough play, El Cristo SS's Fernando Arauz got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 78th minute, Fernando Arauz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pablo Quintero was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. Traian Cârnu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcos Bultrón's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. El Cristo SS:s Traian Cârnu showed great skill when he stopped Marcos Bultrón:s penalty. The supporters of David FC booed when El Cristo SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Arauz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the game, Reggie Quintero recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Traian Cârnu. Reggie Quintero showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-6. Traian Cârnu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sergio Torrijos in the 95th minute. 96 minutes into the match, El Cristo SS's goalkeeper Traian Cârnu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastián Herbruger. When the final whistle sounded David FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than El Cristo SS.
