Without hesitation aimed to the right of Romel Zapata, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 10 minutes, Brye Lambourne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toruk Makto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brye Lambourne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14th minute Brye Lambourne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romel Zapata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Brye Lambourne had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Romel Zapata. Colón's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brye Lambourne was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 21st minute, Renato Lermo made a precise shot to the right of Romel Zapata. Colón's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Romel Zapata was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Brye Lambourne capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Brye Lambourne really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Lars Klementsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ožbej Matos in the 30th minute of the match. Juan Herbruger's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lars Klementsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ožbej Matos in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lars Klementsson saved Toruk Makto FC from getting behind. After 36 minutes of play Colón's Luis Mendieta was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Toruk Makto FC booed when Colón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Mendieta didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute, Federico Lorenz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lars Klementsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ožbej Matos in the 39th minute of the match. Romel Zapata made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Renato Lermo sent off a good shot on target. Juan Herbruger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ožbej Matos was the one to do the kick off. If Juan Herbruger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romel Zapata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato Lermo in the 53rd minute of the match. Romel Zapata came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Toruk Makto FC's Renato Lermo. But to his dismay, Renato Lermo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Renato Lermo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romel Zapata having to interfere. When Reggie Corral fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Colón's protests and gave Reggie Corral a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Toruk Makto FC booed when Colón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reggie Corral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romel Zapata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martín Osorio in the 69th minute of play. Reggie Corral lost his temper 71 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Romel Zapata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brye Lambourne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the match, Colón's goal looked a bit too open when Brye Lambourne came free, but Romel Zapata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Colón's Agustin Diaz got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Colón's Romel Zapata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brye Lambourne in the 88th minute of play. Heraclides Moreno kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. After 93 played minutes Colón got a freekick which was hit by Azael Villarreal. Toruk Makto FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Colón for a fine match.
