Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Giancarlo Rios started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Jose Zapata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 4 minutes into the match, CD Plaza Amador's goal looked a bit too open when Franklin Benavides came free, but Jerzy Jajesniak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Calito Herrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucho Briceño, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute Franklin Benavides shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerzy Jajesniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucho Briceño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calito Herrera having to interfere. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chepo F.C.'s goalkeeper Calito Herrera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Agustin Bultrón kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Jerzy Jajesniak came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Chepo F.C.'s Franklin Benavides. But to his dismay, Franklin Benavides quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Calito Herrera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jose Zapata in the 26th minute of play. When Ersen Cakir fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CD Plaza Amador's protests and gave Ersen Cakir a yellow card for diving instead. Ersen Cakir kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, CD Plaza Amador's goalkeeper Jerzy Jajesniak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Giancarlo Rios. After 32 minutes, Rigoberto Henriguez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chepo F.C. and the CD Plaza Amador players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Chepo F.C.'s Rigoberto Henriguez got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Chepo F.C.'s Calito Herrera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucho Briceño in the 33rd minute of play. CD Plaza Amador's Jerzy Jajesniak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save CD Plaza Amador from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, CD Plaza Amador's Lucho Briceño got a free kick in the 40th minute. After having played for 42 minutes, Giancarlo Rios managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chepo F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Giancarlo Rios was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Calito Herrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucho Briceño, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucho Briceño to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Chepo F.C. booed when CD Plaza Amador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Hechter didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute Lucho Briceño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calito Herrera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giancarlo Rios in the 58th minute of play forced CD Plaza Amador's goalkeeper Jerzy Jajesniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Alexander Gomez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jerzy Jajesniak was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 66th minute Lucho Briceño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calito Herrera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 73 played minutes, Chepo F.C.'s Humberto Peren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jerzy Jajesniak came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chepo F.C. reached it. CD Plaza Amador's Jerzy Jajesniak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franklin Benavides in the 74th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as CD Plaza Amador's Ersen Cakir slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Calito Herrera. That made the score 2-1 after 79 minutes of play. The supporters of CD Plaza Amador booed when Chepo F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Paredes didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejandro Zapata got free with Calito Herrera in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jerzy Jajesniak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franklin Benavides in the 91st minute of the match. After 92 minutes, Kayhan Durusan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CD Plaza Amador and the Chepo F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Kayhan Durusan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel Peralta, 93 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Chepo F.C. had won after a very even match.
