After a defensive mix-up in Denmark's zone, 邓南洲 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal and 邓南洲 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Denmark's Keld Paulsen got control of the ball when 洪云宽 tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to 中职联—河南建业 getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. 韩益邦 hit a great ball. When Denmark's Chris Nygaard in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 中职联—河南建业's goalie prevented a goal. After 29 minutes of play, Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 曾岚轩 was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, 中职联—河南建业's 邓南洲 got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Chris Nygaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. 曾岚轩 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 洪云宽 in the 40th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Theis Winther got a free kick in the 44th minute. Chris Nygaard struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. 曾岚轩 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when 陆宁彬 made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when 陆宁彬 came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 洪云宽 hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. The referee showed 曾辉杰 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th minute, 曾辉杰 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 陆宁彬 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 汪彬俊 hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Lars Steen struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. 曾岚轩 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chris Nygaard got free with 曾岚轩 in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 76th minute, Bertram Svenningsen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 曾岚轩 was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After 80 minutes 中职联—河南建业's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Chris Nygaard who took care of the corner kick. After 82 played minutes 中职联—河南建业 got a freekick which was hit by 曾辉杰. 曾岚轩 made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Bertram Svenningsen sent off a good shot on target. Bertram Svenningsen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chris Nygaard received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 曾岚轩 came out and tried to block the shot, but Chris Nygaard slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 87th minute. Denmark played a much better game than 中职联—河南建业 and deserved their victory. The 中职联—河南建业 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
