Spectators: 7250 (Terracing: 5511, Seating: 1689, VIP seats: 50) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rubio Guio took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 4 minutes, Rubio Guio made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. F.C. Moonlight's Mercado Vazan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Walter Corullon's late challenge caught a F.C. Moonlight's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Walter Corullon helped the player get up and apologised. Walter Corullon hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Casado Pidrola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marquez Pages, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Casado Pidrola came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C. Moonlight's Jose Herrara. But to his dismay, Jose Herrara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 24th minute of the game, Rubio Guio landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 25 minutes into the game, Gilmar Durazno was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.C. Moonlight's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CD Villao the free kick. Ayoví Pertierra hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute of the match Jose Herrara shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Casado Pidrola showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Ramón Escoto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Zaquiel Ciaño managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. Moonlight's supporters rose to their feet, but Zaquiel Ciaño was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casado Pidrola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramón Escoto in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mercado Vazan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 61st minute, Gilmar Rioboo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. Moonlight's zone, Walter Corullon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mercado Vazan came out of the goal and Walter Corullon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Coronel Menchaca charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Coronel Menchaca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 73rd match minute, F.C. Moonlight was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Coronel Menchaca to maneuver through the defense. When Ramon Obeso came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the CD Villao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramon Obeso couldn't finish the play. Ramón Escoto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mercado Vazan having to make a save. After a rather tough play, F.C. Moonlight's Jose Herrara got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 79thth minute of the game Ramón Escoto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C. Moonlight's Mercado Vazan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gilmar Durazno hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Ramón Escoto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Mercado Vazan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mercado Vazan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramon Obeso went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. Ramón Escoto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. Moonlight's zone, Ramón Escoto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mercado Vazan came out of the goal and Ramón Escoto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th match minute, F.C. Moonlight was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Berria to maneuver through the defense. CD Villao's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
