Spectators: 7312 (Terracing: 5485, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 145) Villegas Trullols started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Robin Largacha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walter Cachupin, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Villegas Trullols in the 8th minute of play forced Rastafaras FC's goalkeeper Lopez Unanue to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ugutz Madaria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Robin Largacha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Chavezpamba's Luciano Dalmases in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rastafaras FC's goalie prevented a goal. Vicente Villate's late challenge caught a Chavezpamba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicente Villate helped the player get up and apologised. After 19 played minutes Rastafaras FC got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Villate. In the 24th minute, Valiente Verda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chavezpamba's Robin Largacha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valiente Verda in the 26th minute of play. Luciano Dalmases received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Lopez Unanue tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute of the match Alonzo Perera sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lopez Unanue skillfully saved the ball. Villegas Trullols fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lopez Unanue having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Villegas Trullols in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lopez Unanue prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 39th minute, Villegas Trullols made a precise shot to the right of Lopez Unanue. Rastafaras FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valiente Verda to strike the kick off in the second half. Villegas Trullols's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lopez Unanue read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. If Villegas Trullols had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luciano Dalmases recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Perlaza Rascuro fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rastafaras FC's protests and gave Perlaza Rascuro a yellow card for diving instead. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rastafaras FC! Villegas Trullols received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Lopez Unanue tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 91st minute of the match Perlaza Rascuro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Perlaza Rascuro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rastafaras FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 93 minutes, Chavezpamba's Alonzo Perera got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Lopez Unanue. Villegas Trullols's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lopez Unanue read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Ugutz Madaria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Chavezpamba had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
