Spectators: 7303 (Terracing: 5478, Seating: 1680, VIP seats: 145) TERATOMA SC's Urbez Rolon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 1-0 became the score in the 3rd minute when Ugutz Zahonero elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. José-Francisco Olazagoitia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind TERATOMA SC's goalkeeper Genaro Carriazo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zayvion Asensio kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bayan's zone, Urbez Rolon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iván Rugama came out of the goal and Urbez Rolon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Bayan's Zunbeltz Ayerza got a free kick in the 14th minute. TERATOMA SC's Urbez Rolon got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. TERATOMA SC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ugutz Zahonero 24 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Bayan's Iván Rugama played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbez Rolon in the 29th minute of play. Edson Toyo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Genaro Carriazo. TERATOMA SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Bayan's goal looked a bit too open when Zayvion Asensio came free, but Iván Rugama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Burbano Bergaño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Iván Rugama tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Urbez Rolon came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the TERATOMA SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urbez Rolon couldn't finish the play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ugutz Zahonero to strike the kick off in the second half. Ugutz Zahonero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Genaro Carriazo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ugutz Zahonero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 80 minutes into the match, Bayan's goalkeeper Iván Rugama had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Burbano Bergaño. Arévalo Jubera's late challenge caught a Bayan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arévalo Jubera helped the player get up and apologised. After 81 played minutes TERATOMA SC got a freekick which was hit by Arévalo Jubera. In the 82nd minute of the match Weterio Juaristi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Genaro Carriazo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Urbez Rolon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Iván Rugama, 2-2. Ugutz Zahonero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. José-Francisco Olazagoitia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Carriazo having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
