Spectators: 7259 (Terracing: 5446, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) Ugutz Zahonero made the kick off and thus started the match. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Ugutz Zahonero took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Luis-Antonio Urrea to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asencio Gutarrate in the 13th minute of play forced Bayan's goalkeeper Iván Rugama to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. German Gort received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Iván Rugama tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iván Rugama showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asencio Gutarrate, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 17th match minute, Bayan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Macias Riguez to maneuver through the defense. Iván Rugama showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asencio Gutarrate in the 20th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Bayan's goal looked a bit too open when Asencio Gutarrate came free, but Iván Rugama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ugutz Zahonero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luis-Antonio Urrea having to make a save. Bayan's Iván Rugama played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asencio Gutarrate in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, CD Pullincate's Asencio Gutarrate nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iván Rugama made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Luis-Antonio Urrea came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Bayan's José-Francisco Olazagoitia. But to his dismay, José-Francisco Olazagoitia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. A hard shot 47 in the game by José-Francisco Olazagoitia from a close distance when the talented Luis-Antonio Urrea managed to make a qualified save. CD Pullincate's players were relieved. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Asencio Gutarrate to make the kick off. Ugutz Zahonero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Luis-Antonio Urrea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José-Francisco Olazagoitia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis-Antonio Urrea having to interfere. José-Francisco Olazagoitia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luis-Antonio Urrea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Luis-Antonio Urrea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ugutz Zahonero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Macias Riguez during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 63rd match minute, Bayan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Macias Riguez to maneuver through the defense. CD Pullincate's Zosimo Beilzo got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luis-Antonio Urrea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ugutz Zahonero in the 75th minute of the match. If José-Francisco Olazagoitia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind CD Pullincate's goalkeeper Luis-Antonio Urrea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 81st minute, Arias Alzolaras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the game, Arias Alzolaras was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CD Pullincate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bayan the free kick. The supporters of Bayan booed when CD Pullincate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arias Alzolaras didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Bayan's Ugutz Zahonero in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Bayan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 93rd minute of the match Edson Toyo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luis-Antonio Urrea skillfully saved the ball. 94 minutes into the match, CD Pullincate's goal looked a bit too open when José-Francisco Olazagoitia came free, but Luis-Antonio Urrea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Bayan's goal looked a bit too open when Asencio Gutarrate came free, but Iván Rugama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bayan's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
