After a rather tough play, UD Miler's Chucho Anderica got a free kick in the 20th minute. After 24 played minutes UD Miler got a freekick which was hit by Joel Villaseñor. 31 minutes into the match, UD Miler's goalkeeper Desiderio Montemayor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ismael Cuervo. Neicer Santayana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Villaseñor in the 32nd minute of the match. After 35 played minutes, UD Miler's Nestor Hordas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Neicer Santayana came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in UD Miler reached it. Insua Moranto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Neicer Santayana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neicer Santayana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Villaseñor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 44 minutes, Insua Moranto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Miler's supporters crossed their fingers, but Insua Moranto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlos-Armando Cabuerniga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Desiderio Montemayor having to interfere.

In the 57th minute, Carlos-Armando Cabuerniga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Desiderio Montemayor was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Joel Villaseñor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Neicer Santayana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Joel Villaseñor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Neicer Santayana was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Desiderio Montemayor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ismael Cuervo went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. UD Miler's Desiderio Montemayor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos-Armando Cabuerniga in the 78th minute of play. If Carlos-Armando Cabuerniga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, UD Miler's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos-Armando Cabuerniga came free, but Desiderio Montemayor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Insua Moranto in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Neicer Santayana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 94 minutes, Joel Villaseñor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Miler's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Villaseñor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Desiderio Montemayor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos-Armando Cabuerniga in the 95th minute of play. Neicer Santayana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornelio Vado in the 98th minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
