The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 7 minutes into the match, Comision's goal looked a bit too open when Cornelio Vado came free, but Juan Cavada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Desiderio Montemayor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 13th minute, Valery Plaza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan-Carlos Ripalta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But to his dismay, Danny Portugal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. A collision led to Comision getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Unax Negral hit a great ball. Coyette Terjida hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Juan Cavada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Insua Moranto in the 32nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in UD Miler's zone, Danny Portugal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Desiderio Montemayor came out of the goal and Danny Portugal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danny Portugal in the 43rd minute of play forced UD Miler's goalkeeper Desiderio Montemayor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, Cornelio Vado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Cornelio Vado scored 1-3 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juan Cavada, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th minute Insua Moranto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Cavada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Comision's goal looked a bit too open when Insua Moranto came free, but Juan Cavada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. UD Miler's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Yago Jimeno in the 64th minute. Yago Jimeno made a great header on UD Miler's corner, it was just that Comision's Juan Cavada managed to reach the ball for a save. 65 minutes into the match, Comision's goal looked a bit too open when Insua Moranto came free, but Juan Cavada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan-Carlos Ripalta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Desiderio Montemayor having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Danny Portugal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 69thth minute of the game Danny Portugal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UD Miler's Desiderio Montemayor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Danny Portugal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Desiderio Montemayor came out and tried to block the shot, but Danny Portugal slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 71st minute. UD Miler's Desiderio Montemayor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save UD Miler from getting a goal against them. Desiderio Montemayor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danny Portugal in the 77th minute of play. Zenaido Bernaldez's late challenge caught a Comision's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zenaido Bernaldez helped the player get up and apologised. Zenaido Bernaldez kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. The supporters of Comision booed when UD Miler was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xabier Manzardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th of the match, Danny Portugal tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Desiderio Montemayor got in the way and made a wonderful save. 95 minutes into the match, UD Miler's goal looked a bit too open when Danny Portugal came free, but Desiderio Montemayor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Comision played a much better game than UD Miler and deserved their victory. The UD Miler players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
