Elvis Cotarelo scored 2-0 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Peter Balbanea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lucio Barcia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Salas Gavito's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Salas Gavito notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Marianito SC's Lucio Barcia. Lucio Barcia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Chachacito getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Salas Gavito hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute, Guamán Prieto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucio Barcia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salas Gavito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Borja Lerin made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borja Lerin in the 52nd minute of play forced Chachacito's goalkeeper Peter Balbanea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chachacito's zone, Elvis Cotarelo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peter Balbanea came out of the goal and Elvis Cotarelo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Borja Lerin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Balbanea having to interfere. Elvis Cotarelo struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Peter Balbanea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marianito SC. 73 minutes into the match, Chachacito's goal looked a bit too open when Elvis Cotarelo came free, but Peter Balbanea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, Cuero Bolivar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chachacito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marianito SC the free kick. Cuero Bolivar hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Elvis Cotarelo might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peter Balbanea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elvis Cotarelo ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borja Lerin in the 85th minute of play forced Chachacito's goalkeeper Peter Balbanea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guamán Prieto charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guamán Prieto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 89th match minute, Marianito SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guamán Prieto to maneuver through the defense. Xian Trabado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Barcia having to interfere. Borja Lerin kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Salas Gavito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucio Barcia was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. If Salas Gavito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marianito SC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
