Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zornin Corroto made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Bureau Veritas's Zornin Corroto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xosepe Llanez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Kraken F.C.'s Edwin Foyo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Díaz Espinola. That made the score 0-2 after 57 minutes of play. After some careless play in the Bureau Veritas defense, Criban Canillas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Díaz Espinola. The Bureau Veritas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Díaz Espinola should have stopped the shot. Lopez Carballal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Vicente Carne fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Bureau Veritas manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Kraken F.C. to win.
