In the 5th minute Parisi Urtiaran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Velasco Iñigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Velasco Iñigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominguez Amo, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Velasco Iñigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominguez Amo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 12 minutes, Matias Sarmiento mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Liga de Loja and the CD Inguiza players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of CD Inguiza booed when Liga de Loja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matias Sarmiento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Velasco Iñigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominguez Amo, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. A collision led to CD Inguiza getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Jacinto Bajuelo hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Liga de Loja's Matias Sarmiento got a free kick in the 25th minute. Dominguez Amo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Velasco Iñigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Velasco Iñigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominguez Amo, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Velasco Iñigo came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by CD Inguiza's Dominguez Amo. But to his dismay, Dominguez Amo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Americo Estany sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dominguez Amo in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Velasco Iñigo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Velasco Iñigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominguez Amo, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half CD Inguiza were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Dario Aizpurua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boris Villalambrus in the 52nd minute of play. Americo Estany fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Velasco Iñigo having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Dominguez Amo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Velasco Iñigo. The goal made the score 0-2. Americo Estany could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Velasco Iñigo made a huge save. With his leg Velasco Iñigo managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when CD Inguiza's Dominguez Amo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Liga de Loja getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Matias Sarmiento hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Boris Villalambrus during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 74th match minute, Liga de Loja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boris Villalambrus to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute, Osorio Guereño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Velasco Iñigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dominguez Amo in the 82nd minute of play. In the 85th minute Dominguez Amo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Velasco Iñigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Dominguez Amo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Americo Estany sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
