Cumbicus Tuo charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cumbicus Tuo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Teofilio Balbin came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the CD Llumaguango fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teofilio Balbin couldn't finish the play. Yoelvis Elola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zarando Taracena in the 11th minute of play. After 13 minutes of play, Holanda's Ataulfo Deza made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Blandón Gargollo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Blandón Gargollo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Garrido Basozabal, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 25 minutes into the match, Holanda's Ataulfo Deza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Blandón Gargollo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Blandón Gargollo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Garrido Basozabal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Asencio Cardeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Garrido Basozabal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Holanda's supporters rose to their feet, but Garrido Basozabal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Blandón Gargollo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. CD Llumaguango's Zarando Taracena got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teofilio Balbin in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yoelvis Elola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Teofilio Balbin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yoelvis Elola was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Teofilio Balbin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Yoelvis Elola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 63 minutes, Elias Lanzon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Holanda and the CD Llumaguango players grew even worse after the yellow card. Garrido Basozabal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blandón Gargollo having to interfere. Teofilio Balbin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ataulfo Deza came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Holanda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ataulfo Deza couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Holanda's Martin Vega got a free kick in the 95th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Holanda had won after a very even match.
