The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jacobo Cortez kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cruz Trespalacios got free with Rodriguez Sariego in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, psg's Zacarias Murgia got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 12th match minute, psg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Murgia to maneuver through the defense. Rodriguez Sariego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mendez Chavarria in the 15th minute of the match. Cruz Trespalacios came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rodriguez Sariego could save by the left post. If Kléber Pantoja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zxavian Guisasola during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zxavian Guisasola kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Los Galacticos's Ysidro Barrufet got a free kick in the 37th minute. Rodriguez Sariego came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by psg's Cruz Trespalacios. But to his dismay, Cruz Trespalacios quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 45th minute, Freddy Cuadro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Freddy Cuadro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Galacticos's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Cuadro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabriel Pendones breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Cesar Ecija hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 52nd minute, Freddy Cuadro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rodriguez Sariego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mendez Chavarria in the 55th minute of the match. Mendez Chavarria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodriguez Sariego having to interfere. In the 58th minute Jacobo Cortez clashed with another player. He fell to the ground and was in great pain. It was obvious that he couldn't finish the game. After 58 minutes, Xian Guzman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the psg and the Los Galacticos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Xian Guzman kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Kléber Pantoja notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of psg's Gabriel Pendones. Gabriel Pendones was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mendez Chavarria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Rodriguez Sariego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Mendez Chavarria's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodriguez Sariego was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. In the 72nd minute, Kléber Pantoja got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Cruz Trespalacios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the match, psg's goalkeeper Gabriel Pendones had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kléber Pantoja. During the 82nd minute of the match Xian Guzman completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Xian Guzman a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. 86 minutes into the match, Los Galacticos's goal looked a bit too open when Cruz Trespalacios came free, but Rodriguez Sariego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th match minute, Los Galacticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xayvion Forcat to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Los Galacticos's zone, Cruz Trespalacios stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodriguez Sariego came out of the goal and Cruz Trespalacios tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Los Galacticos's Rodriguez Sariego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cruz Trespalacios in the 91st minute of play. If Cruz Trespalacios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Los Galacticos's zone, Cruz Trespalacios stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodriguez Sariego came out of the goal and Cruz Trespalacios tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
