Spectators: 7392 (Terracing: 5546, Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 147) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Manuel Beysama made the kick off which started today's match. 10 minutes into the match, Digna's goal looked a bit too open when Nixon Sonibas came free, but Edgardo Escalante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Isasi might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cotera Intriago. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rolando Isasi ran back to his position shaking his head. 16 minutes into the match, Manuel Beysama had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgardo Escalante. Digna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manuel Beysama was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Rolando Isasi fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Digna's protests and gave Rolando Isasi a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Figue booed when Digna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolando Isasi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22ndth minute of the game Polo Barquerin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Figue's Cotera Intriago was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Polo Barquerin came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Digna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Polo Barquerin couldn't finish the play. Rolando Isasi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Nixon Sonibas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 34 minutes into the match, Manuel Beysama notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Digna's Edgardo Escalante. Edgardo Escalante was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Rolando Isasi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Digna's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolando Isasi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cotera Intriago breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Polo Barquerin in the 45th minute of play forced Figue's goalkeeper Cotera Intriago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

In the 55th minute, Nixon Sonibas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgardo Escalante was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Polo Barquerin struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Cotera Intriago didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Digna. In the 65th minute George Cifuentes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cotera Intriago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Isasi in the 67th minute of play forced Figue's goalkeeper Cotera Intriago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 69 minutes, Polo Barquerin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Digna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Polo Barquerin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rolando Isasi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cotera Intriago having to interfere. Cotera Intriago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolando Isasi in the 76th minute of the match. In the 78th minute Polo Barquerin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cotera Intriago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, Nixon Sonibas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edgardo Escalante. Nixon Sonibas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Manuel Beysama struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Edgardo Escalante didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Figue. 87 minutes into the match, Digna's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Beysama came free, but Edgardo Escalante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rey Llave hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Figue's Manuel Beysama slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edgardo Escalante. That made the score 0-5 after 90 minutes of play. In the 94th minute, Rey Llave hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Digna manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Figue to win.
