After recieving a nice pass, CD Tarabita's Ricardo Verga tried to score from far away in the 26th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, CD Tarabita's Santo Larrave sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gian-Carlo Gabaldon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gian-Carlo Gabaldon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ponce Bernardo in the 29th minute. Simon Barco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inocencio Tabernilla having to interfere. Anibal Ventura hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Simon Barco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Inocencio Tabernilla having to make a save. Ponce Bernardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in CA Raffaello's zone, Santo Larrave stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gian-Carlo Gabaldon came out of the goal and Santo Larrave tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Santo Larrave was the one to do the kick off. Simon Barco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santo Larrave struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Gian-Carlo Gabaldon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Tarabita. When Diaz Escobar came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the CD Tarabita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diaz Escobar couldn't finish the play. In the 73rd minute, Xeromo Salmeron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th match minute, CD Tarabita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Sarricolea to maneuver through the defense. Xzaver Goycoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inocencio Tabernilla having to interfere. Suscal Terron kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind CA Raffaello's goalkeeper Gian-Carlo Gabaldon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gian-Carlo Gabaldon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santo Larrave, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the game, Demetrio Cabada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CA Raffaello's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CD Tarabita the free kick. After a rather tough play, CA Raffaello's Demetrio Cabada got a free kick in the 85th minute. After 86 played minutes, CD Tarabita's Ricardo Verga shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gian-Carlo Gabaldon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CD Tarabita reached it. After 87 played minutes CA Raffaello got a freekick which was hit by Udalaitz Rascon. CD Tarabita's Ponce Bernardo got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. CD Tarabita were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing CA Raffaello to leave the ground with a draw.
