Marcelino Buedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José-Luis Junco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Estacio Francos charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Estacio Francos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Desiderio Ason took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Zuya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Parisi Baiges hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Cariaco's goalkeeper Desiderio Ason had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xuan Tabernilla. Yaniusky Arnaiz hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. 41 minutes into the match, Molinos FC's Wilmer Galbarruri broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

José-Luis Junco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Marcelino Buedo made a huge save. Valentin Zuya recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Parisi Baiges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Cariaco's Marcelino Buedo threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Estacio Francos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 65th minute, Xuan Tabernilla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Desiderio Ason was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xurde Bernaldez during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reasco Guill in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Desiderio Ason prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yaniusky Arnaiz got his second yellow card in the match during the 78th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Cariaco's Yaniusky Arnaiz got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 87th minute, José-Luis Junco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cariaco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
