The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Eduardo SC's zone, Romo Urbina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oso Maza came out of the goal and Romo Urbina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zayveon Noguerol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oso Maza having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romo Urbina in the 15th minute of play forced Eduardo SC's goalkeeper Oso Maza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kaviedes Echague charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kaviedes Echague the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th minute, Kaviedes Echague hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Romo Urbina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zayveon Noguerol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Romo Urbina came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Galleta Patazo F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romo Urbina couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Romo Urbina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galleta Patazo F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Romo Urbina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oso Maza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th minute of the match Xines Lijo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Necip Fazıl Yelesen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Romo Urbina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Oso Maza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Romo Urbina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oso Maza. Eduardo SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romo Urbina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 48th minute, Romo Urbina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

José-Luis Felix could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Oso Maza made a huge save. Eduardo SC's Oso Maza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zayveon Noguerol in the 54th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Zayveon Noguerol kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Oso Maza. That made the score 0-4 in the 56 minute of play. Oso Maza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zayveon Noguerol in the 59th minute of the match. Galleta Patazo F.C.'s attack was well implemented in the 64th minute, but when Romo Urbina was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. If Zayveon Noguerol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romo Urbina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Oso Maza made a huge save. Galleta Patazo F.C.'s Romo Urbina got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zayveon Noguerol struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Oso Maza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galleta Patazo F.C.. A hard shot 78 in the game by Romo Urbina from a close distance when the talented Oso Maza managed to make a qualified save. Eduardo SC's players were relieved. Zayveon Noguerol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Eduardo SC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Vitin Parral hit a great ball. After having played for 87 minutes, Zayveon Noguerol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galleta Patazo F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Zayveon Noguerol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Romo Urbina came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Galleta Patazo F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romo Urbina couldn't finish the play. Galleta Patazo F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
