CD Sasaco's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Barros Urquiaga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xinaro Villodas in the 28th minute. A collision led to CD Sasaco getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Guerrón Regaño hit a great ball. CD Sasaco's Cotera Barraza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xzavier Barea in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xzavier Barea in the 86th minute of play forced CD Sasaco's goalkeeper Cotera Barraza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgardo Mendi was shown his second yellow card after 93 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 94th minute, Edgardo Mendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CD Sasaco fully deserved thier win.
