Spectators: 7270 (Terracing: 5454, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 144) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Washington Villaño took the kick off in the first half of the match. Marcelo Monelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franco Peñacerrada having to interfere. Franco Peñacerrada stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Washington Villaño's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Franco Peñacerrada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Washington Villaño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Marcelo Monelo put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Franco Peñacerrada. In the 13th match minute, Potrerillos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Villaro to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the game, Virgilio Zalona was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Potrerillos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UD Landazuri the free kick. 23 minutes into the match, Potrerillos's goal looked a bit too open when Washington Villaño came free, but Franco Peñacerrada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Potrerillos's Wilfredo Moreruela tried to score from far away in the 25th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Reynaldo Zuaza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gomez Orchua having to make a save. Gomez Orchua came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Potrerillos's Roris Aizaran. But to his dismay, Roris Aizaran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Reynaldo Zuaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Franco Peñacerrada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Washington Villaño in the 43rd minute of play. Virgilio Zalona kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Marcelo Monelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Reynaldo Zuaza was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Potrerillos booed when UD Landazuri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carnero Orejo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Potrerillos's Franco Peñacerrada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Washington Villaño in the 61st minute of play. Marcelo Monelo in the 62ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Franco Peñacerrada, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Potrerillos's Mariano Iglesias got a free kick in the 62nd minute. UD Landazuri's Gomez Orchua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Zuaza in the 66th minute of play. Potrerillos's Franco Peñacerrada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Potrerillos from getting a goal against them. Franco Peñacerrada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Washington Villaño, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. The supporters of UD Landazuri booed when Potrerillos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Iglesias didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Marcelo Monelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Franco Peñacerrada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Washington Villaño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Virgilio Zalona was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 82 played minutes Washington Villaño rounded Potrerillos's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. UD Landazuri's Washington Villaño was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 91st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Roris Aizaran took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gomez Orchua. Gomez Orchua dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. UD Landazuri had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
