The audience thought a goal was coming when Sanchez Dias got free with Ignacio Mellado in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Quiñónez Usarralde took a quick shot and it went in 3-5 without a chance for Ignacio Mellado to make any attempt to save it. In the 92nd minute, L.D.U's Mithat Metin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ignacio Mellado. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ignacio Mellado, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Sanchez Dias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Ignacio Mellado made a huge save. When Jairo Amandi fell near the penalty area in the 98th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick.
