Spectators: 6686 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1686, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mora Portanares started the match with the kick off. Agustin Lomelin took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roberto Beneit. Roberto Beneit dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Mercado Iza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulryk Dziuma, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After 11 played minutes CD Gualiman got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Llanos. Mercado Iza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dani Corvera in the 12th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 14 minutes into the game, when Marcelo Bidaurre put in a rough tackle. Rodrigo Mazmela didn't quite understand what happened when in the 16 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Mercado Iza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Regaña, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 20 minutes into the game, AC Durán's Ulryk Dziuma nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mercado Iza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Roberto Beneit came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by CD Gualiman's Samuel Llanos. But to his dismay, Samuel Llanos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. CD Gualiman's Mercado Iza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulryk Dziuma in the 32nd minute of play. Samuel Llanos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, CD Gualiman's Carcelén Albino got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 40th minute, Pancho Taramona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC Durán fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. In the 44th minute, Patricio Regaña ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mercado Iza was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. The CD Gualiman players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. AC Durán were winning 2-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lara Valderramal made a kick off. Mercado Iza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dani Corvera in the 51st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in AC Durán's zone, Agustin Lomelin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roberto Beneit came out of the goal and Agustin Lomelin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dani Corvera in the 61st minute of play forced CD Gualiman's goalkeeper Mercado Iza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to AC Durán getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Darío Muñana hit a great ball. Roberto Beneit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carcelén Albino in the 64th minute of the match. Mercado Iza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Regaña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute Patricio Regaña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mercado Iza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the CD Gualiman defense, Patricio Regaña kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mercado Iza. The CD Gualiman fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mercado Iza should have stopped the shot. Darío Muñana's late challenge caught a CD Gualiman's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Darío Muñana helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd minute, one of AC Durán:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AC Durán. In the 89th minute Ulryk Dziuma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mercado Iza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mora Portanares got free with Mercado Iza in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
